Terms of Use
Last updated 6 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the customer portal (the “portal”). By accessing, signing in to, or otherwise using the portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
These Terms apply in addition to any agreement you have with the installer organisation you are arranging your installation with; they govern your use of the portal software and platform itself.
2. The portal and who operates it
The portal is operated by Onroute Intelligence Inc., a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide the survey, quote, scheduling, and payment technology that the installer organisation uses to deliver your installation.
The installer organisation is a separate business, responsible for its own services, pricing, and the work it carries out for you. These Terms do not change your rights under your arrangement with that organisation.
3. Intellectual property and ownership
The portal and everything that makes it work — including its software, source code, algorithms, models, survey and workflow logic, data compilations, text, graphics, layout, and visual design — are owned by Onroute Intelligence Inc. or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright, database rights, trade-mark, and other intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the portal only to arrange and manage your own installation. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any part of the portal except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
4. Database rights
We assert and reserve the sui generis database rights (and any equivalent rights) in the databases and compiled data that the portal depends on — including its survey schemas, question sets, regulatory and product mappings, and other structured data — in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (and elsewhere in the European Union). These compilations are the result of substantial investment by Onroute Intelligence Inc..
You may not extract or re-utilise all or a substantial part of the contents of those databases, nor repeatedly extract or re-utilise insubstantial parts in a way that conflicts with our normal use of them or unreasonably prejudices our legitimate interests.
5. No reverse engineering
Except to the extent this restriction cannot be excluded under applicable law, you may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive or reconstruct the source code, algorithms, models, data structures, or underlying ideas of the portal, whether in whole or in part.
6. No automated access or scraping
You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access, monitor, index, copy, or extract data from the portal, and you may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control measure, without our prior written consent.
Our robots.txt and the no-index response headers we send on the portal’s private pages record that automated access to those pages is not authorised.
7. No competitive use
You may not access or use the portal, or any data, design, or functionality within it, for the purpose of building, training, or operating a competing product or service, or for competitive benchmarking or intelligence gathering.
8. Limitation of liability
The portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly set out in these Terms, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the portal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected by these Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the portal, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in, and benefit from the jurisdiction of, the courts of that country.
10. Copyright notice
© 2026 Onroute Intelligence Inc. All rights reserved.
All content and materials in the portal are proprietary and confidential to Onroute Intelligence Inc.. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where we do, we will update the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have any question about these Terms, contact us at privacy@onroute.io.
